Life is either a daring adventure or nothing ~ Helen Keller
Webster defines adventure as An undertaking usually involving danger and unknown risks, an exciting or remarkable experience, an enterprise involving financial risk.
Are you approaching this week, month, or year as an adventure, or are you just settling for what comes your way?
When you think of your life as an adventure, it brings such energy to the mundane. You don’t have to just take what comes at you; you can make something happen.
Are you living in fear? Fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of not knowing what to do? What if you changed your perspective and looked at your life as an adventure? How would that change your outlook?
Courage is not the absence of fear; it is the conquest of it.
Deep down in every heart is the desire to be somebody of significance and do something with our life, but we are often waiting for the opportunity.
Opportunities do not come to those who wait; they are captured by those who go out and do something.
So what do you need to do?
I started using coaches a few years ago to help me with some things that I did not know. I had a coach to help me get started in teaching and coaching online. I used another coaching program to help me write a book. Now I am being coached on how to do attractional marketing so that I can connect with people and teach them things I have learned and add value to their life.
I wrote a book and the release date ended up happening during COVID. Well, that meant that I could not go out and speak to promote my book. I could either forget it and give up, or I could make something happen. I knew I didn’t understand online marketing, and I needed to learn some new skills. A new adventure!
The humdrum life is the one in most need of an adventure. How do you do this? By taking action!
Are you loving your life?
Are you living your life to it's fullest potential?
If you answered no to either of these questions, what adventure can you begin?
Whatever it is, DO IT. It is worth it!!!
