HERE'S THE DEAL!


 

In January, we do Prayer and Fasting but I am so excited to start our 21 Days of Prayer (and feasting๐Ÿ˜) on August 8th!

While we will be focusing on prayer this 21 Days, I also wanted to challenge myself (and you..๐Ÿ˜‰) to make ONE SIMPLE CHANGE!

The one change? Simply add ONE smoothie to your meals each day for 21 Days!

I am not asking you to change your diet. Just to ADD โ“ต smoothie each day.

Anyone can do one small thing for 21 days! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Again.... we are not taking away... just adding โ“ต smoothie per day!

What's to lose?? Except for toxins in your body and probably some unwanted pounds and stress? 

Let's talk about what you could gain! A healthier body & mind! Who knows? But you won't find out unless you try! And I don't know about you but I have FOMO so I need to know! ๐Ÿ˜‚
