In January, we do Prayer and Fasting but I am so excited to start our 21 Days of Prayer (and feasting😁) on August 8th!
While we will be focusing on prayer this 21 Days, I also wanted to challenge myself (and you..😉) to make ONE SIMPLE CHANGE!
The one change? Simply add ONE smoothie to your meals each day for 21 Days!

I am not asking you to change your diet. Just to ADD ⓵ smoothie each day.
Anyone can do one small thing for 21 days! 😉
Again.... we are not taking away... just adding ⓵ smoothie per day!
What's to lose?? Except for toxins in your body and probably some unwanted pounds and stress?
Let's talk about what you could gain! A healthier body & mind! Who knows? But you won't find out unless you try! And I don't know about you but I have FOMO so I need to know! 😂
